My clearest memory of Laura is from when I was about eight or ten or so & she and I were in my room playing. and laughing. a lot. To this day I remember nothing about what we were playing or what was so funny but it was. Few people have the ability to make others completely hysterical with laughter, but Laura has that gift!
I met Jon for the first time, on the wedding day, as he flew in from Hawaii just a few days before! I’d been hearing lots of great things about him & watching him with Laura was really neat – to see how much fun they are together (not a surprise at all). They laugh & goof-off a lot, which is great because you can’t separate Laura from that innate sense of humor…
It was a beautiful day as snowy Canmore hosted some beautiful Hawaiian wedding celebrations, including real leis & what I’m told are the best pineapples EVER (the one I took home sure was!), flown over by Jon’s family from the island. They even brought a stunning flower head-piece for Laura to wear!
I was so blessed to be included in their big day – you both are starting out from such a great place! I’m so excited for what God has planned for you!
